Terms & Conditions
In these terms and conditions the following expressions shall have the following meanings;
(i) "Delegate" shall mean any person, firm, or company who has made a booking on the event.
(ii) "Exhibition"shall meant he Event detailed on the booking form.
(iii) "Organiser" shall mean PPSS Ltd
(iv) "Building" shall mean the Olympia Conference Centre, London
(v) "Event" shall mean the Lone Worker Safety 2013 Conference and Exhibition
The delegate agrees on completing the booking form to pay the Organiser in full within 14 days from receipt of the invoice.
Where the attending delegate does not complete the booking form, the person completing and submitting the form shall procure that the delegate is bound by these terms and conditions.
Where a purchase order number is required for payment, this must be received within 14 days from the receipt of your completed booking form.
3. CANCELLATION BY THE DELEGATE
In the event of a delegate cancelling, the delegate will be charged 50% of the delegate fee if cancelled up to 60 working days prior to the event. Cancellations received 59 days or less to the event will be charged at 100%.

In the event that any delegate is unable to attend the Event, then substitute delegates will be accepted at no extra charge up to 2 working days prior to the event.
5. BOOKING FEE
The booking fee includes all conference documentation and refreshments/ lunch. The fee does not include accommodation or travel arrangements and as such are the responsibility of the delegate.
6. PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS
The multi booking discount or the early booking discount offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other or any other promotional discount offers
7. CANCELLATIONS OR POSTPONEMENT
The Organiser at any time, without prior notification, may change the location of the venue, the date, the opening and closing times of the Exhibition. The Delegate shall not have any claim against the Organiser in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever consequent upon the Exhibition failing to be held for any reason outside the Organiser's control or the Exhibition venue being or becoming wholly or partially unavailable for the holding of the Exhibition for any reason.
Under any circumstances the Organiser reserves the right without being under any liability to the Delegate for refunds, additional expenses or otherwise, to change the location and or date of the Event upon reasonable notice to the Delegate.
The Organiser reserves the right to alter the programme or cancel the Event in case of insufficient bookings. In the latter case, all delegates will be advised immediately and any fees paid for the day will be refunded in full. The organiser cannot be held responsible or liable for any travel or accommodation charges.
In the event of any speaker being unable to attend the conference for any reason, the organiser will endeavour to find a substitute of similar standing. The organiser cannot be held responsible for any such changes to the programme.
8. INJURY AND/OR LOSS
The organiser accepts no liability for injury or losses of any nature incurred by the delegates, exhibitors or speakers, nor for loss or damage to their luggage and/or any personal belongings.
9. DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Notification of any special dietary requirements must be received a minimum of 20 working days prior to the event date.
10. DATA PROTECTION
Delegate contact name and email address will be shared with the attending exhibitors only both pre and post the event. No other information will be passed on to any other third parties. Please be aware that by returning a completed booking form you are agreeing for your contact details to be passed on.
11. STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS
The delegate shall comply fully with all statutes, rules, regulations and bylaws or other requirements whether for ensuring safety or for any other purpose whatsoever affecting the use of the Building. The Delegate will comply with all the requirements of the health and safety executive, of the Police and Fire Authorities.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions shall be constructed in accordance with English Law and the Exhibitor hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between the Organiser and the Delegate and may not be changed orally, but only in writing signed by a duly authorised representative of the party against whom enforcement of any waiver, change, modification or discharge is sought.
